Where can I buy the Total Fly Card?

How long does it take for the card to become active?
From the moment the full value of the card is confirmed as paid.
How can I make the payment?
Through bank transfer or credit card.
Is the card personal or can it be used by other people or companies?
The card can be individual or corporate and can be used to purchase services that may be used by third parties. The card and subsequent invoices will be issued exclusively in the name of the individual or company that requested it.
What can I purchase with the Total Fly Card?
Subject to the available credit, with the Total Fly Card you can purchase private jet flights, helicopter flights, charter flights, cargo flights, air ambulance services, third-party services (hotels, car rentals, vacations, events, yachts, excursions, etc.) bookable through our Concierge service, and for the purchase of any other B2C and B2B service offered by Total Fly.
Can the cards be combined?
The same customer can purchase multiple cards of the same or different values, and they can be combined as long as all cards are registered under the same person or company and cover the full value of the requested service. Two cards from different account holders cannot be used to pay for the same service.
What is the validity of the card?
The card remains active and valid until the credit is exhausted.
Can the cards be refunded?
The purchased cards cannot be refunded. Any refunds for unused services according to the contractual agreements for each requested service can be credited back to the same card.
Can I request a refund for the remaining credit on my card?
If there is any remaining credit on a card, upon the purchase of a new card, the remaining credit will be transferred to the new issued card. If a new card is not purchased, the remaining credit can be used towards the purchase of a new service offered by Total Fly. The remaining credit cannot be refunded in cash under any circumstances.
How do I check my remaining credit?
The remaining credit, invoices, account statements, and reports of any kind will be provided on a weekly or monthly basis, and can be viewed online or requested by contacting our sales office.
