The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Air Charter Broker to join our team. This role requires a strong background in sales, business development, and account management within the aviation or luxury travel industry. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, securing charter bookings, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Handle incoming charter requests, providing tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Proactively generate new business through networking, outreach, and referrals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring exceptional service.
Collaborate with operators and partners to secure the best aircraft options.
Keep up with market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records and track performance using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in air charter brokerage, luxury travel sales, or a similar high-end service industry.
A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Residency in Italy and legal authorization to work in the EU.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
Excellent communication in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
